Morning Arrival at Bhuj 8 a.m., report to coach; proceed to Mandvi. On arrival visit Vijay Villas Palace & Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial along with Mandvi Beach. (Stay – Bhuj / Mandvi)
After breakfast Proceed to Rann Utsav, Dhordo. On arrival we enjoy cultural activities at Rann Utsav. In the evening we proceed to White Rann to witness the Grandeur of sunset. (Stay- Tent city)
After morning tea/coffee Transfer to White Rann to witness the grandeur of sunrise. After Breakfast leasure time OR you can take walk around
Tent city. After Lunch visit to Kala Dungar (Black Hill) – The highest point of Kutch. On the route visit to handicraft village “ Gandhi Nu Gaam ”. Evening Enjoy the culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities. (Stay- Tent city)
After breakfast Dept. to BHUJ. Visit Aina Mahal, Prag Mahal. After Lunch Board the train / flight for your home town. Tour ends with sweet memories.

- Any upgradation in Airline class or hotel room category.
- Cost of Insurance.
- Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.
- Any extra expense such as Flight cancellation, route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen,
unavoidable forced majeure circumstances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes etc. during the tour which is beyond the company control.
- Porterage (coolie charges), laundry, fax, internet, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal
nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
- Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.
- Camera Tickets at various places of Sightseeing / tour & Ayuraveda Body massage.
Company reserves the right to change / modify / very / alter the tour itinerary.
Pl. note - All sightseeing points are subject to weather condition.
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company.
Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
Cancellation charges do not include air ticket cancellation and they will be levied separately.

Air Line Policy:
- Check-in starts "2 hours" before scheduled departure, and closes 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers are requested to report at least 2 hours prior to departure time, at airline Check-in counters.
- One piece of cabin baggage of maximum 7 Kg (maximum 115 cm (L+W+H) in overall dimensions on Boeing flights and 50cm+35cm+23cm (Total 108cm) on Bombardier flights) is allowed per passenger. Passengers with infants are allowed an additional piece of hand baggage of maximum 7 Kg not exceeding the size dimensions. Due to airport security regulations, no cabin baggage is allowed on flights originating from Jammu or Srinagar airports.
- Airline allows free checked baggage allowance of 15 kgs not to exceed 158 cm in overall dimensions (L+W+H), per passenger for all domestic bookings.
High season surcharge as per the rules of the Airline concerned has to be paid by the Tourist. Airline is an independent vendor and the company does not have any control on their operations, neither on the increase in air fare, fuel nor any other taxes. Any increase in airfare, airport taxes, fuel surcharges after the booking/registration will have to be paid and borne by the tourist. Air Ticket Cancellation charges plus deposit forfeit charges as are applicable under the
rules of the concerned Airline are to be paid by tourist immediately in the event of cancellation of the tour by tourist.
Photo identification
All tourists travelling by air for Indian / domestic sectors are advised to carry the photo identification in the form of driving licence, election ID card, Aadhar Card, Pan card and for students their school / college ID card. At certain sightseeing places, the Identification proof is
required for which company has no control and is mandatory. The identification documents must be produced by the tourists as per the rules and regulations prescribed at
different locations.
Itinerary Changes
PRATHAMESH TOURS doesn’t have any tie up with any Airline co., also doesn’t have any control on their operation & any ongoing activity. So in case of any delay or cancellation of flight or any loss occurred by mistake of air line co. has to be bare by tourist. Company will make 100 % efforts to
help & guide tourist but in case of force majeure conditions, the Company reserves the right to change / modify / vary / alter the tour itinerary and/ or tour tariff accordingly.
Such changes etc. shall be intimated to tourist, prior to the start of the tour or on tour as the case may be. Additional charges, if any, due to such changes etc. over and above the tour tariff have to be paid by the tourist before or
on tour itself as the case may be. No complaints /compensations and/or claiming of refunds by the tourist will be entertained by the Company for limitation and/or non- availability of certain services
including museums, sightseeing, shopping etc. even though included in tour itinerary.
Note - On tour Guests are requested to carry 2 photo copy (xerox) of any Photo ID proof i.e. Passport / Driving Licence / Voter's ID / Pan Card along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.

Children / Students are requested to carry 2 photo copy (xerox) of school or College Photo Identity card along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking. For Infants carry 2 passport size photographs.

The Tour Manager service will start from the First destination of the tour as mentioned in the itinerary.
Inflight Meals :
Meals service will start on Day 1 at Final arrival destination till the departure from the last destination as per the itinerary.
Company do not provide meal service during Air travel or during transit halt.
Meals on Tour :
- Day 1 : Lunch & Dinner.
- Day 2-3 : Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Day 4 : Breakfast & Lunch.
